I bring you another round-up of my favorite around the blogosphere photos. What do these beautiful pictures have in common? They all celebrate a September food holiday! Enjoy and please take the time to visit each and everyone of these very talented bloggers~
September 3 is bacon day! I think a BLT will be in order for lunch that day.
September 12 is Chocolate Milkshake day. Who comes up with these food holidays? I want to give you a prize!!
National Apple Dumpling day is September 17! One look at this picture and I knew I had to pencil in an Apple Pickin' Day in Warwick. Home of Applefest!!
Butterscotch has always been one of my favorite flavors. Don't these pudding cups look divine?
Celebrate Butterscotch day on September 19. (Love those cups)
White chocolate day is celebrated on September 23rd! Who knew and why didn't they tell me?!
September is Honey month. And these honey panna cotta desserts are the perfect ending to a delicious meal! Like right after breakfast, or lunch or dinner. Or better yet, eat one for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!
Pancake day is celebrated on September 26, and these meyer lemon ricotta pancakes are definitely the way to go. Delicious!
I hope you enjoyed my compilation of September's food holiday pics. September is very important to me for two reasons. The first reason is that the world remembers 9/11 and thereby my four friends that were murdered on this day. As an eyewitness to this tragedy, I have learned to accept their loss and celebrate their lives. The second reason is that my baby, Alexandra (Lexi) celebrates her birthday on Sept. 2. My baby will turn five years old. She officially starts kindergarten this year and we are so proud of her.
Pre-school graduation! Congratulations baby Lexi!
I love you my little one!!
Many thanks to my blogger friends for allowing me to share their food pictures and recipes with my readers/friends.

Thanks so much for the feature; it looks great! As do all the other September recipes :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great post. I want to wish your daughter a Happy Birthday. She is darling. This is my first visit to your blog so I've taken some extra time to browse through your earlier posts. I'm so glad I did that. You've created a ovely spot for your readers to visit and I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I'll be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
